I deleted my reclye bin how do I get it back?

I know it sound stupid but somehow I lost my recyle bin off my desktop and I can't find a way to get it back does any one know how to do it?

Why does Windows Live Hotmail take forever to load?

I have a Windows Live email account and I am logged in I can view and send emails. However, when I try to change my password by going into options, it says loading but it takes forever and never loads. Has anyone else had this problem? What am I doing wrong?
