Have you ever used Voip Zoom? Is it good?

I found this software called Voip Zoom to make unlimited international calls for only 2.50 euros a month. Before I enter my credit card number, I'd like to know if this is safe and if it works well. Has anyone ever used it?

whenever i use nero 8 to burn a movie from dvd shrink, it always fails to burn after about a couple of minutes though the dvd burn stays at 0%. i tried re-installing it but it worked once only for the problem to happen again? is there any way i can fix this problem?

is the a way to paste a picture onto of another one without the white corners showing? cause im making a picture background and pasting a picture on top, but the white corners make it look bad, so if there's a way, then it would look nice.

Excel VLOOKUP help - any advice?

I have 2 worksheets in Excel. The first contains employee data, including an employee ID (unique) of all employees. The second worksheet contains a list of employees who were sent a certain message and also contains the employee ID. Not every employee got the message.

I would like to use VLOOKUP to put a "Yes" in a new "Received message 1" column in the first worksheet - but I'm not very handy at using VLOOKUP.

We sent multiple messages and we'd like to see a worksheet of everyone with a "Yes" in the specific message column - so I'll do multiple VLOOKUPs until I see a whole picture of who got what message.

Any help? Seems easy, but I keep flubbing it up!
